Data Retention Policy

Retention periods

• Job applications and resumes: up to 12 months from the date of application.
• Candidate accounts: until you delete the account or request deletion.
• Contact inquiries: up to 24 months.
• Security and audit logs: up to 24 months.

Deletion

When data reaches the end of its retention period, or when you validly request deletion, it is permanently deleted together with the stored resume files, unless we are legally required to keep it. Backups are rotated and will not retain deleted data beyond the backup rotation period.
